As an Operations Business and Processes Analyst, you will be an essential part of our Team, contributing to the efficient operation of our consumer product lines and helping us deliver excellent experiences to our customers. In this role you will be responsible for the following activities:
• Support project implementation across various teams.
• Help monitor projects after they are delivered to ensure they run smoothly.
• Provide updates to various stakeholders about ongoing initiatives.
• Assist in identifying and addressing any issues that arise in business processes. Resolve technical and operational issues to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
The ideal candidate will need to have:
• Analytical skills to evaluate data and support informed decision-making;
• Experience in working with Excel;
• Familiarity with project management software and tools (previous experience is a plus);
• "Lean Six Sigma" and/or "Project Management certifications" are a plus;
• English: written and Spoken (B2 level).
In this role, the candidate will oversee cross-functional projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and ensure high customer satisfaction. As a Business and Processes Analyst, the person will be also responsible for supporting and working on viable solutions to implement and improve end to end processes.
